Niche?

You've probably heard the word, but do you have one? Defining a niche is essential in any business. It defines you and what you're best at, and allows you to saturate a hungry market.

You might find that your niche is:

1. What you're most gifted at
2. What is invisible to you (you just do it, without thinking about it)
3. A unique product or service
4. You're the only one doing or selling this
5. Found the fringe of unmet client needs

Sit down and ask yourself, if I could do only one thing for the rest of my life, what would it be? For instance, when asking a handyman that, he might say "well, I'd fix faucets" or "I'd put together furniture." These are lead ways into defining his niche.
